Wilma Scruggs 82, on Saturday January 4, 2020, transcended into celestial peace with God.

She was born April 24, 1937, to the late parents of John W. Scruggs and Samella Scruggs in Chattanooga, TN where she resided all her life.

Wilma attended and graduated from Howard High School. She was a faithful member of Bethlehem Baptist Church from an early age up until her illness. Wilma worked at Dupont and she retired many years later.

Wilma leaves to cherish unforgettable memories of loved ones, sister Lota "Pat" Towns one niece Fontaine Towns one nephew John Towns of Los Angeles, CA. A host of great nieces, great nephew, of Moreno Valley, CA and great-great nieces and nephews of Los Angeles, CA, other relatives and friends all of whom are to numerous to name.

A private family gathering will be held at a later time.
