Jevonte LaJuan Green, 36, was born July 30, 1987 in Chattanooga, TN. He attended Hixson High School and worked in various service industry and construction jobs.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Dorothy Mae Wigfall. God called him to his heavenly home on March 2, 2024. Among those cherishing his memories include his mother, Doris Ann Green, and his father, Edward Maeweather; his children, Jevon Green, Tristyn Green, Zanih Ramsey, and Ariel Green; his grandmother, Louise Silvers; his sisters, Amberlee Green, Ashley Cox, and Kei'Mya Maeweather; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and countless friends.

The viewing and funeral will be held on Tuesday, March 19 at St. Elmo United Methodist Church (4626 St. Elmo Ave. Chattanooga, TN 37409). Elder Andrew Ragland Sr. and Pastor Walter Weikel will serve as eulogists. Arrangements are by Hardwick & Sons Funeral Home, 423-267-1244.
