Boyd Copeland, Jr., 69, went home to be with the Lord on May 28, 2022. He was born on August 6, 1952, Chattanooga, TN, to the late Mr. Boyd, Sr, and Mrs. Alice Copeland. He attended Howard High School. Boyd loved to cook and he was an avid bicycle rider, riding around the city, Boyd was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Marie Annette Copeland, Mary Alice Marsh, Patricia Ann Copeland, Mildred Ruth Geter, Earline Readus, Martha Ann Brann, Barbara Copeland, Doris Suttles, Zora M. Hill; brother, John Edward Geter, Jr.; aunt, Christine Adia. Leaving to cherish his loving memory are his daughters, Monique Copeland, Terra Jenkins; sons, Jarvis Copeland, Boyd Copeland, III; sister, Willie Hill; brother, Alonzo Copeland; a host of nieces and nephews and friends.
