Benjamin Sanderfur was born October 19, 1971. The son of Charles Benjamin "Ben" Sanderfur and the late Eva Nell Sanderfur Byars.

He was educated in the public school system in Hamilton County, Tennessee. He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour at an early age, so God called him home early enough to rest his soul.

Benjamin was self-employed as a horticulturist. He was alsoskilled in carpentry, plumbing, an electrician, and a mechanic.

He was one who rarely met a stranger, was very friendly and He was preceded in death by his mother, Eva Nell Sanderfur Byars; paternal grandparents, Ann and Samuel Sanderfur; his aunt, Betty Sanderfur Williams, and his nephew, Glen Bragg. This man knew he loved him some Bella Eva Nichole Sanderfur, his daughter; his companion, Tammy Carson; and her daughters, Kelsey and Kennedy Toney.

On September 17, 2026 Ben departed this earthly life. He leaves to cherish his memories; his father, Charles Benjamin "Ben" (Emily Vernell) Sanderfur; his step-father, Ralph Byars; daughter, Bella Eva Nichole Sanderfur; his sister, Deadra Michelle Sanderfur (Richard); his brothers, Cornelius Stewart, Kelcey Watson (Stacye), and Jonathan (Danielle) Smith; his sister, Dimeta Smith (George) Knight; uncles, Richard Moon and Donald "Pewee" and Ronald Sanderfur; his aunts, Flora and Patricia Moon, Reverend Barbara Sanderfur and Willena Sanderfur; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends; loving friends, Kelsey and Kennedy Toney.
