It is with great sadness that the family of Andy Jerome Walker announce his passing on January 7, 2024. He was born February 6, 1968, one of 4 children to the union of Aaron Walker Sr. and Eula Walker.

Andy Walker was a man that loved the Lord and his family. He graduated high school from Kirkman Technical High School and was well known for playing basketball even through his college years. During his lifetime he worked for the Boys Club of America and for the City of Chattanooga.

Survivors include his wife Gaylin Walker, his two sons Graylin Walker, Gabriel Walker, brothers Aaron (Argel) Walker, Jr., Alfred Walker, Anthony (Cheri) Turner, Amber (Tyrone) Johnson, Michal (Jennifer) Turner. A host of nephews and a niece.

The family would like to thank the doctors and staff at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN for their care of Andy and also want to thank our Church of Christ family. A special thanks to James and Anne McGhee.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at Lakewood Memory Gardens East  4621 Shallowford Road.
